Self Love🌈

We all know how important it is to love yourself but how many times do we actually love ourselves? Most of the time we don't love ourselves. It is strange to hear but it is a hard reality.

Self-love is a continuous process, every time we have to reanalyze our priorities and keep yourself on top of the list. A child can not understand what self-love is. It is a process that we learn from life experiences.

Self-love begins when you start loving your body, your mental health, and your way of seeing others. lastly, doing the things that are good for you.

Don't do exercise or dieting when you feel like other people are judging me. Start when you genuinely want to love your own body. When you feel to look better and eat healthily in life. Eating healthily and exercising are things that revive our physical as well as mental array.

If you genuinely love one person or you like his or her presence in your life, but at the same time you know that person is not good for you or you're in some toxic relationship and still you are with that person you need to reconsider your priorities. No matter how much you love that person but you'll Leave that person and Move on In your life  because first love yourself. Do not wait till the moment when the company around you starts hurting you or disturbs your mental health.

Self-love starts with you and ends on many things. If you're happy then you'll satisfy the people around you and if you feel good and the people around you happier. If you feel healthy from inside and outside then you'll definitely love yourself and you'll be able to do whatever you wish to do. 

Sometimes being selfish is an important thing to do. It's for your own good. Love Yourself, Be Positive, and Priorities your Things in a Continuous Process.

Love Yourself, Love your Life And Love People Around You.
